Terri Crosby is the 6th Ward Justice of the Peace for Tangipahoa Parish Louisiana.

Terri Monteleone Crosby has the “Common Touch” Terri has always believed that one person can make a difference in the world. She has a standing commitment to the community to whom she serves. Terri along with her husband Gary Crosby, has raised six children, and have ten grandchildren. She lives between Tickfaw and Independence, Louisiana.Terri comes from a long family history of farming, trapping and law enforcement, her grandparents were the late Sam Monteleone and Louise Monteleone of Hammond, and Florence Wells Jones and William Rice Jones, of Ponchatoula, her parents are Lieutenant Bill Monteleone and the late Letty Jones. Terri has held numerous positions including working as a medical assistant, insurance sales, customer relations, and Department of Motor Vehicle title clerk. Terri believes the jobs she has held played a vital role in who she is today. Terri’s first job was working at Department of Motor Vehicle as a title clerk, under the direction of Mr. Buster Guzzardo, who still remains one of her dearest friends. After working for Department of Motor Vehicle, in her twenties she took time off of work to be a full time mother. Terri is currently serving her fourth term as Justice of the Peace in the Sixth Ward of Tangipahoa Parish, receiving over 70% of the votes in the last election, she refers to each of her voters as her friends. She travels throughout the parish to officiate weddings. She takes her elected position as Justice of Peace very seriously, as she is a full time Justice of Peace. She is eager to help, along with her staff, anyone who needs help or walks in her office situated at 48251 Hwy 51 Tickfaw. Terri is also a Louisiana Notary, and business owner of Crosby Public Tag Agency in Tickfaw, Louisiana, where she is readily available to help her customers with her expertise in title and notary work. Terri attends Eagle Heights Church and gives credit to God, her loving family, friends and hard work for all her success. She is an avid animal lover, who owns five dogs, two cats, and four chickens.
