I was approaching the end of my studies for a Bachelor of Communications when I started to think about what my life would be like.
9-5.
5 days a week.
I had so much energy, passion and creativity - what if that went to waste?

The more I thought about it, it all kept coming back to the same thing - makeup. Whether I was practising on friends, trying out new foundations or flicking through magazines, it made me feel excited and determined to learn, experiment and improve.

The day I finished my certificate of Fashion Hair and Makeup was bittersweet. From that moment on I was responsible for what I did with my skills, how I'd improve and what I had learnt.

But the most important thing was that every day I would be doing what I loved.

And this will continue to inspire me
on every job,
with every client.
