With a diverse background of producing top-level work for organizations spanning from start-ups to non-profits to Fortune 500s, Terry is finally doing what he wants - being part of a team that's building a great communications company. He enjoys applying his talents in written communications for traditional and digital media, developing innovative communications strategies for all sorts of marketing applications, and creating award-winning intercultural communication trainings that he delivers to large and small groups of all ages and ethnicities.

Terry's approach to helping organizations is simple. First, listen to the client's needs - they are the expert in their business. Second, integrate an educational background including a bachelors degree in political science and a masters degree in labor relations from Wayne State University, with a diverse skill set acquired from a history of successful (and a few not-so-successful) experiences to consider and select the best option.
