Terry Hancock

I am a highly experienced executive with an extensive background in NED and board level strategic and operational roles.

I spent the first two decades of my career financing, advising and supporting commercial businesses. Un the last 15 years I have been occupied with running, growing, buying, selling and fixing a broad spectrum of companies; primarily though not exclusively in the technology, media and finance sectors. This covered PLCs to SMEs. During this time, I have seen most turns of the economic and management cycle.

Currently I invest my time helping management teams & owners deal with inflection points in their business. These typically revolve around strategy development, improving profitability, management dynamics, sale options, debt management and reviews of basic business models.

Above all, I provide perspective and a sounding board to business owners wrestling with the "daily dozen" who need clarity, insight, empathy and honesty from someone with first hand experience but with the ability to retain complete objectivity.
