I am a Partner and Vice-President with global management consultancy firm A.T. Kearney, and lead the Operations Practice across Asia. I joined the firm in August 1997.
I work primarily with leading food and beverage manufacturers in Australia and Asia, advising them on manufacturing strategy, manufacturing performance improvement, supply chain transformation, and overall cost and capital performance improvement.
Based on the experience gathered from working with a variety food and beverage manufacturers, I recently co-authored a future looking report for the Australian Food & Grocery Council, which examines the challenges facing the $108 billion Australian food and beverage manufacturing industry. In addition, I regularly undertake speaking engagements on a variety of topics, including supply chain excellence, manufacturing strategy, and operations transformation.
