Terry Maddox Born in Fulton, Missouri (MO). Attended school in Columbia, MO. Graduated from Missouri University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. First job following graduation was with Illinois (IL) Power at Decatur, IL, which included a two-year project assignment in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (PA). Ameren later acquired the distribution assets of IL Power; Vistra the generation portfolio. Next job was with Middle South Utilities (now Entergy) in New Orleans, Louisiana (LA), followed by Public Service Indiana (subsequently PSI Energy, CINergy and Duke Energy) at Plainfield, Indiana (IN), followed by Northern Indiana Public Service Company (NiSource) at Merrillville, IN, followed by Southeast Paper Manufacturing Company (later SP Newsprint, White Birch Paper, SP Fiber Technologies and now WestRock) at Dublin, Georgia (GA), then Alliant Energy at Ottumwa, Iowa (IA), followed by Westar Energy (now Evergy) at Topeka, Kansas (KS), then Mirant Corporation (later GenOn Energy) at Newburg, Maryland (MD), followed by AES at Indianapolis, IN. Later Plant Manager--Mt. Poso Cogeneration at Bakersfield, California (CA) for DTE Energy, followed by Principal Manager, Generation (Eastern Operations) for Southern California Edison (Redlands, CA). Currently Chief Energy Officer for Envira Global (Chicago, IL).
