I am involved in coaching the development of leaders. I have integrated 30-years of coaching experience with 40-years of research from D. J. Robert Clinton on the subject of Christian Leadership Development.

I am the founder of a training and coaching organization/ministry called Leader Breakthru. We coach and resource breakthrough in the lives of risk-taking, Kingdom leaders.

We offer coaching training specially tailored focused on how to coach the development of leaders. I have written a new book, The IDEA Coaching Pathway that helps a coach better structure a coaching conversation to see breakthrough. I challenge coaches to coach the person and help that individual to work the problem.
