I have been working in management for over 8 years now and enjoy it very much. Throughout my career I have setup and ran MonaVie’s Southern California distribution operations. Responsible for over $63MM in physical inventory. Designed 60,000 sq. ft. facility layout, created the work flow systems and supervised equipment installation. Developed and implemented administrative processes and procedures, which were also implemented in other company distribution centers throughout the United States. Created budget for all aspects of operations. Worked with software engineers to develop a proprietary inventory management system. I moved from Southern California and back to North Florida to oversee and improve Florida distribution operations. Improved warehouse systems’ efficiency. Reduced labor cost by $7,000 per month. Increased inventory accuracy by 33% over previous year. Increased production by 12%. Reduced budget spending by 32%. I have become fascinated with business and entrepreneurship. Once I had obtained my MBA I spend most of my time focusing on my career and any free time I had devoted to entrepreneurial ventures. I have an amazing wife and two children that push me to be the best I can.
