I was born and raised in Pennsylvania, Undergraduate school at Andrews University, Physical Education & Business.

I taught high school 4 years while working on my Graduate degree at Central Michigan, Exercise Science.

I started my fitness career at the World Trade Center in NYC, in 1987 as an Exercise Physiologist, then moving into sales and management, eventually becoming the C.O.O. of The Fitness Company with 75 locations on the East Coast.

I was then recruited to Crunch Fitness as the Executive VP-and helped grow the company to 22 locations, in NYC, Atlanta, LA, San Francisco and Chicago.

In 20o1 Join Lifestyle Family Fitness as Chief Marketing and Sales Officer and help grow the company from 10 locations to 55 and multi state regional player.

In 2007, I started my own consulting firm, helping health club chains with sales, marketing and operations in the US, CA, Mexico, South America.

In 2010 I helped launch a new and emerging brand called Orangetheory Fitness in Ft Lauderdale. 6 years later we have over 650 licenses sold and 280 stores open.

I am the father of a 21 year old attending Penn State, and currently reside in Tampa Fla.
