I am currently the CIO for Catawba County. I am responsible for Information Technology, GIS and the 911 Center. I oversee development of new technologies and identify, plan and implement tools to improve efficiency and service delivery. I believe that constant changes in our world require constant innovation and creativity to deliver services to the citizens of Catawba County.

I was named one of Government Technology's Top 25 Doers, Dreamers and Drivers for 2011 and I am also the Past President of the North Carolina Local Government Information Systems Association.
