Terry Corcoran
Lacrosse Coach in Crawfordsville, Indiana
A graduate of Hobart College, Terry Corcoran excelled as a varsity lacrosse player, earning multiple distinctions as an NCAA first-team all-American and playing on Hobart’s NCAA championship teams in 1976 and 1977. In 1978, he earned distinctions as the leading scorer in the nation and the USILA Division II-III Attackman of the Year. Terry Corcoran subsequently accepted an assistant coaching position with the Hobart varsity lacrosse team and helped lead the college to Division III NCAA championships in 1978 and 1979.
Terry Corcoran’s accomplishments at Hobart marked the beginning of a coaching career that currently spans 37 years. Working at a number of institutions of higher learning, he has received Coach of the Year awards from the Upstate Collegiate Athletic Association, the Liberty League Conference, and the Middle Atlantic Conference.
Mr. Corcoran currently serves as head coach of the varsity lacrosse team at Wabash College in Crawfordsville, Indiana. In 2015, the U.S. Lacrosse Greater Rochester
Chapter inducted him into its Hall of Fame.
