Terry Hale

Terry Hale was born on May 18th, 1983 and was raised in Waynoka, Oklahoma. Terry graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma with a BA in Marketing.
Currently Terry is the Manager of Business Intelligence for Ackerman McQueen where he works developing tools and processes to further enhance the Business Intelligence Capabilities of Ackerman McQueen.
Previously, Terry worked as the "Head of Bug Creation" (Research and Development) at VRAZER, LLC.
Terry also worked as the Director of Sales and Marketing where he Selected, implemented and administered customer relationship management system which increased sales and customer service teams’ productivity. While there he also developed an international sales team to effectively sell the value of Allshore's information technology outsourcing service. In addition he created their strategic marketing plan including e-mail marketing, telemarketing, event marketing, lead generation and lead nurturing campaigns."
Terry has worked in many areas of retail, including a $50+ million dollar a year SuperTarget where he was in charge of Assets Protection and then later Meat and Produce. While there he partnered with various law enforcement agencies. Supported the communities annual "National Night Out Against Crime". During his stay with Target Terry Hale was also a member of the District 301 crisis team where he was deployed to Houston to help stores recover hurricane Ike and a local Target store after it was heavily damaged by a Tornado.
Prior to working for Target, Terry worked for Republic Parking where he was an Assistant Manager. While there Terry oversaw 4 parking garages in downtown Oklahoma City which had combined revenues in excess of $4 million per year. In that roll he was in charge of preparing budget variance reports, hiring and developing hourly staff, payroll (which included selecting features for their computerized time clock system), and worked with outside vendors for maintenance and uniform acquisitions.
