Terry Henry

Terry Henry is a Canadian musician who currently resides in Bermuda. He began his music career in the early 90’s as a Toronto based musician. Over the years he has had the opportunity to accompany and tour with many of Toronto’s most talented vocalists and Gospel choirs and has played in several bands with many of Toronto’s top musicians. In 2018 he was the keyboard player for DarkChild Gospel recording artists, “Last Call” who at the time was #1 on all the Gospel Billboard Charts.

As a graduate of the prestigious Humber College Music Program, Terry is well equipped to meet the musical needs of his clientele both on stage and in the studio. His studies included solo performance, arranging, composition, sound engineering and private piano lessons from one of Cuba’s top jazz pianists, Hilario Duran.

Terry has over 20 years of experience as a Record Producer. With his deep love and respect for various styles of music, his studio clientele stretches across several genres. He is known mostly for producing Gospel music having earned 2 Juno Award nominations in that category. He currently is the owner of TJ Studios which is a state of the art recording studio with locations in Toronto and in Bermuda. His recording experience includes several album projects, singles, radio commercials, music for T.V. shows and movies, audio editing, mixing and mastering.

Terry is also a certified Music Teacher in the public school system in Bermuda. His school choir is regarded as the best in Bermuda and is undefeated in annual school competitions. He has been the recipient of the, “Arts Teacher of the Year Award” by the Bermuda Ministry of Education
