For more than 28 years, I have worked full-time in the auction industry, selling both real estate and personal property for a diverse groups of sellers, including individuals, partnerships, corporations, estates, lenders, attorneys, government entities and others.

At Terry Howe & Associates, Inc., we thrive on opportunities to assist sellers in achieving specific goals. Each situation, seller and property is different, so we evaluate each one independently to determine the best course of action to meet the sellers’ goals.

Our pre-auction process requires that: (1) Each property is taken through an evaluation to determine its suitability for auction. (2) A target market of potential buyers is identified. And, (3) a marketing campaign is crafted specifically for each property.

Additionally, we bring many innovations to the auction process, including online only auctions, video property tours, social media and more. Our innovations are designed to make auctions more accessible & interactive for the buying public.
