Terry Ishee serves as the Executive Director for Forge America, a missional practitioner training network striving to ignite a missional movement across the United States. Additionally, Terry serves as the Lead Missionary & Pastor at Restoration Church in Salem, Virginia, a missionary church dedicated to revealing the rule and reign of God throughout the Roanoke Valley.
Terry co-founded Sequoias Coaching & Consulting and serves as a vision strategist and integration coach, guiding organizations around the country, including churches, businesses, and nonprofits, towards achieving organizational clarity, missional alignment, and cultivating healthy teams.
Terry and his wife, Amy, have recently relocated from Austin, TX, to Salem, VA. They are entering the empty-nest era together and take immense joy in their daughter, a third-generation Longhorn at the University of Texas at Austin, who is currently pursuing Kinesiology on a Pre-Med track.
