Terry Iwaniw

I am a professional real estate marketer living and working in Southern New Jersey with my wife and real estate partner, Linda. I'm originally from Syracuse, NY but decided that I had no love of 300+ inches of snow every year and moved south. I market homes in the Southern NJ counties of Camden, Gloucester, Cumberland, and Atlantic. Specifically, the lower portions of Camden (Winslow & Gloucester Townships and surrounding areas) and Gloucester (Williamstown & Washington Township and surrounding areas), and the upper portion of Cumberland (Vineland & north and surrounding areas) and Atlantic (Folsom, Buena/Buena Vista, Hammonton and surrounding areas). I am an avid history buff and I am interested in anything historical in nature, along with genealogy research. I also have a great interest in rails and trains.
