Managing full search execution, client development and account management, I place significant emphasis on the quality of search process, speed of execution and client satisfaction.

Current assignments are in the Internet technology, insurance and retail sectors. Most recently, I worked within the Life Sciences and Healthcare sectors - serving biotech, pharmaceutical and medical devices clients - recruiting executive and senior management responsible for key operations and functions.

Prior to the Life Sciences work, I spent over a decade in the San Francisco bay area where I helped a number of leading technology companies in building their teams - including Ask.com, Evite, Intuit, Dictionary.com, Bloglines, and many more!

I'm a graduate of the California Institute of Integral Studies. I've been a Big Sister for more than 12 years and I'm a former board member of the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Marin and Napa Counties.

I love to run the beaches and trails of beautiful San Diego! I'm also a yoga and gourmet raw food enthusiast!
