Terry Loerch has an extensive work experience of over 23 years in various areas such as Public Relations, 501 (c) 3 development, Communication outreach and Social development, Startups, DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion), disability resources, RA (Reasonable Accommodations) process, accommodations, ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) regulations/training, SEO (Search Engine Optimization), marketing, restructuring, and organization structure development. Terry has also worked in community development, DV/ DEI /ADA, SEO, Social development, backstories development, outreach, volunteers, recruitment, and team development.

Terry Loerch, CEO and Founder of United Disabilities, believes that no one is truly disabled. Those with disabilities simply have a unique perspective on life and its challenges that deserve understanding.

Terry's mission with United Disabilities is to positively educate and inform others about the disabled experience and advocate for necessary changes that will allow the community to meet and overcome obstacles efficiently, safely, and successfully.

Terry strives to unite the disabled community as a whole and fight collaboratively for equal rights and inclusion for all. United Disabilities aims to support and empower, not take away.

By promoting constructive dialogues and identifying with the shared desire to live full, independent lives, Terry hopes to elicit the positive changes needed to help the disabled community thrive. He encourages society to recognize the diverse talents and worth of those living with disabilities.

Terry's ultimate goal is a world where those with disabilities are truly united, valued, and included in all aspects of life. He believes that we can achieve a just world for all by standing together.
