My name is Nonhlanhla Skosana Am a third year student at the University of Johannesburg. In the faculty of education I major with business studies as well as with hospitality studies Am thrilled about the art of food, principles and preparations of food. Am also interested in improving my technological skills as the teacher, since Johannesburg moving towards being a paperless city. So good technological skills will come in very much handy. I believe that reading enriches ones-mind that will be my philosophy to my learners.
