Tessa Tubbs

Tessa Tubbs Ekukanju is a Human Resources Executive possessing a combination of strong analytical and business skills to positively contribute to an organization’s bottom-line. She has experience with both domestic and global markets, delivering proven results within fast-paced, multi-billion-dollar organizations.

Tessa combines these skills and experiences to produce in three core areas of expertise:

• Strategic Partner – Extensive experience supporting the design and alignment of HR to the long term business strategy. This includes partnering with line clients on future trends, change leadership, and developing operating capability needs.
• Change Agent – Global and local focus on facilitating and leading organization transformation and change initiatives through leadership and employee development, succession planning and assessment tools, and performance development processes.
• Employee Champion – Facilitate employee commitment and engagement by serving as an employee advocate, ensuring open communications, and creating an effective labor relations environment.

Tessa completed her BA in Sociology from Oberlin College and holds a MA in Biblical Studies from Dallas Theological Seminary. Tessa is currently pursuing her MBA from the University of Dallas. She is married and resides with her family in Texas.
