Tessa Jacocks embarked on her career journey while still in college, showcasing her innate entrepreneurial spirit as a co-founder of Teysha. This unique company was built upon social responsibility and sustainability pillars, forging partnerships with indigenous textile artisans in Latin America. Teysha's mission extended beyond commerce, empowering these communities through microloan initiatives, fostering economic growth, and combating poverty at its roots. Transitioning from Teysha, she assumed pivotal roles at the innovative dating app Bumble. She joined the cornerstone team and ascended to the position of Director of Marketing, eventually becoming the Head of Growth and Innovation. Under her stewardship, Bumble's strategy flourished across various domains: events, social media, product innovation, digital marketing, SEO/ASO, and analytics. Beyond business success, her unwavering commitment to social responsibility shone through as she established Bumble merchandise, directing all proceeds towards The Whole Planet Foundation.

Post-Bumble, she continued making waves in the tech startup arena, this time at Argo, a platform dedicated to short films, where she served as Head of Growth and Innovation. However, her ambition and penchant for achievement led her to co-found Shepard Collective, a strategic consulting firm, in collaboration with Chelsea Maclin. This entrepreneurial dynamism and growth-oriented mindset underscored her remarkable adaptability and competence. Tessa's passions extend far beyond the boardroom. She channels her love for animals through her role as a dedicated animal advocate, caring for her two Pyrenees mix puppies, a senior dog with epilepsy, and two adopted cats. Her commitment to animal rights and welfare is evident in her work, including her ambitious project: developing a wellness retreat doubling as an animal rescue facility. Her hobbies reflect an unshakable dedication to animal welfare and a staunch rejection of cruelty to sentient beings.
