Tess Bartlett

Tess Bartlett is a life transformation coach, spiritual mentor, speaker and writer of personal narrative and the Director of Tess Bartlett Holistic Coaching. She works with others, empowering them to live authentic lives with meaning where they are fulfilled creatively, emotionally, spiritually and mentally.

Tess is passionate about creativity, mindfulness and self-compassion and writes about this on her blog Whisperings of the Mind. Her style of writing is reflective, honest and authentic and tells a story.

Tess is also a keen explorer and writes openly about her travel experiences on "Little Bartlett Walks the Earth." She takes the reader on a journey and allows them to experience the sights, smells and sounds that make destinations so unique.

Along with coaching and writing Tess is a PhD candidate at Monash University undertaking research in criminology and social work on issues relating to incarcerated fathers and the impact on children's care planning. She is also a tutor and the Managing Director of the Imprisonment Observatory.
