Tess Walshe
Student, choreographer, and Managing Editor in Huntington Beach
Tess Walshe is a senior at Huntington Beach High School (HBHS). She is in the Academy of the Performing Arts (APA) musical theater and dance departments. They participate in many of the Academy’s musicals, advance charity show choir, and plays, as well as choreograph and help to run their fundraiser dance show Creative Forces. Tess is also an ambassador for HBHS’s chapter of Diversity, Inclusion, and Racial Healing Ambassadorship (DIRHA) in partnership with UCI. She has recently joined HBHS’s newspaper, Slick’s editorial board as the managing editor. They enjoy writing, music, and spending time with friends. In the future, she plans to study public policy or criminal justice at a liberal arts college.
