You simply form a Texas Limited Liability Company (LLC) then file with the Texas Real Estate Commision (TREC) for a Business Entity Broker's License. We act as the individual sponsoring broker. We are currently members of ABOR (Austin Board of REALTORS) and MetroTex (Dallas Area). We can join any board in Texas so if your board is not listed, just let us know and we'll join!
