I began my catering business in my home 24 years ago. I found my niche in the Film Industry. Working for film crews is very challenging and demanding. It keeps me on my toes. Omnivore, Carnivore, Vegetarian, Pescatarian, Vegan, Paleo, South-Beach, Adkins....and so it goes, GMO's are no-no's. Organic, natural and factual. Seeing to the ever changing dietary needs of 50-100 people a day is what I do and I love it.

I have recently jumped into Food-Styling. Also for the Film Industry. Sorting through 100's of bags of Chips to find THE CHIP is a lot more challenging than one might expect.

In my free time one of the things I enjoy, Is designing and making kooky jewelry. There is just something about fire and metal that makes me happy, happy, happy!
