Amanda Radice

Amanda is a recruitment professional who has experience with executive recruitment in both corporate and agency roles. Her passion for people and recruitment began with her college job working in Xavier University's Office of Admission, and she has been recruiting ever since.
Amanda graduated from Xavier University with a degree in Philosophy and Business and began her recruitment career. In 2013 Amanda had the opportunity to join the nation's largest retailer, Macy's Inc., as a Manager of Executive Recruitment. In addition to recruitment, Amanda was also responsible for training of the corporate recruitment teams for Macy's & Bloomingdale's.
In January of 2015, Amanda moved into a role within Corporate Human Resources as Manager of Talent Acquisition for Macy's Corporate Services. She is currently working to improve the recruitment and hiring process of Corporate Services by defining a more efficient process, creating more robust and automated reporting, and training and developing a team of recruiters.
Amanda is also very passionate about Diversity & Inclusion at Macy's Inc. and her home city of Cincinnati. At work, Amanda is a member of the Diversity Council and a co-leader of the MCS Pride Employee Resource Group.
In May 2014 Amanda obtained 2 AIRS Certifications - the Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR) and the Certified Social Sourcing Recruiter (CSSR).
