I am a Windows system administrator, author, and writer living in Southern California. With 15 years of experience in the computer industry my skill set includes Windows Server, Active Directory, mobile technologies, VPN, wireless networking, DNS, DHCP, web server administration, database administration (MySQL and Oracle), SQL development, data analytics, scripting (PowerShell, VBScript, JavaScript, PHP), graphic design, and much more.

I'm the co-author of Exam Ref: Designing and Implementing a Server Infrastructure from Microsoft Press and Pearson Publishers, targeted to the 70-413 exam in the Windows Server 2012 R2 certification track. I've written for websites and magazines on topics as disparate as mobile devices and network attached storage, with articles appearing on InfoWorld, Tom's IT Pro, MaximumPC.com, and Maximum PC magazine.
