Terry L. Follis, MBA Executive Recruiter

Terry Follis serves as a Managing Director with Harvard Group International. He has more than 13 years of experience in executive recruitment, spanning all functions of the search process including client development, consulting, sales, marketing, training, research, recruiting, and team building.

Terry currently specializes in managerial positions within the technology, engineering and manufacturing sectors. He has personally participated in, and completed successful searches at all levels - from personal contributors to top level executives/leaders and board members. Terry is especially passionate about:

• achieving optimal search results for his clients by locating, matching and placing "hard to find" candidates who make an immediate positive impact, consistently exceed expectations and make long lasting contributions, while concurrently
• assisting candidates to advance their career trajectories, make meaningful contributions and significantly improve their "job satisfaction index".

Prior to working in the search industry, Terry applied his business acumen and people skills in the corporate and governmental banking arenas for a major US bank holding company. He has also held business development and customer service leadership positions in IT training, healthcare and consumer product organizations.

Terry holds an MBA from the College of William & Mary and a BBA in Finance from Texas Tech University; graduating with honors in both instances. He is originally from San Antonio, Texas, but has been a resident of greater Atlanta since 1995 with his wife and two sons.
