I am Thabiso Njoko, an entrepreneur, creative strategist, and community advocate with experience spanning creative industries, sustainable tourism, youth empowerment, and business development. I build ventures and programs that combine strategy, creativity, and measurable impact, helping artists, businesses, and communities thrive.

I am the Founder & CEO of Secunda Henderson Management, providing talent management, creative direction, and business strategy. I also lead Riska_D_Rollaz Travel & Tours, curating immersive and sustainable travel experiences, and Riska_D_Rollaz Records, supporting emerging musical talent.

Beyond entrepreneurship, I am Executive & Founder of the Spaza Union Initiative and Programme Director of YEEP, empowering youth and small businesses. I serve as Chairman of Ngwempisi Trust, overseeing Khelekhele Lodge, Khopho Backpackers, and Ngwempisi Hiking Trails, and I am active in sports as PRO at Velezizweni United FC.

I also advise and invest in blockchain, Web3, and creative technology ventures, combining innovation with practical execution. My work focuses on building sustainable businesses, nurturing talent, and creating meaningful social impact across Southern Africa.
