Thaddeus has been dedicated to the music industry for the last 7 years. He has received 2 Masters degrees in Business Intelligence and a Masters of Science in Entertainment Business from Full Sail University. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music Business with a minor in Marketing Communications from Columbia College Chicago.
Thaddeus has completed several internships in the music business. In 2014 he interned at Hidden Beach Experiences in L.A. In the Spring of 2010 Thaddeus completed an Internship with New York City based record label Atlantic Records which is under the parent company Warner Music Group in their Artist Development/Tour Marketing Department. In 2008 he completed an internship with an independent record label Aneelys Records started by Grammy Nominated recording artists Syleena Johnson based in Chicago.
He has also worked for several artist management companies in Chicago and Los Angeles. One he started in Chicago with his brothers called Resilience Entertainment Management, LLC. He later joined Chicago and L.A. based artist management company On The Grind Management, LLC.
He currently works in Los Angeles, CA at Warner Music Group in Production and Media Operations.
