He has expertise in Strategy,Consulting and research in Government and Public Sector.Dharam has Extensively led institution building with a focus on Public policy, project management and delivery, solution designing, stakeholders engagement, product development and people management. Dharam also served as Legal Research Associate to many Bureaucrats & Politicians including the State Information Commissioner MadhyaPradesh, Several Minister, MLAs, MPs etc.,. He is also the youngest person of Madhya Pradesh to have Connected with rural folk and Student through regular zoom webinars held every Sunday.The webinars have weekly themes and are a channel for people to understand about their rights and empowering citizens of Madhya Pradesh., With regard to Blood deficiency in MP, realizing necessity of blood and supply at not up to that level Dharam start conducting noble cause of Blood Donation which turns to Madhya Pradesh's largest Blood Donation Camp since last 14th years.
