About Me
I’mThaldev Kaim — a self-taught designer, brand innovator, and currently Associate Director of Design at PepsiCo India. My journey began with a passion for creativity and storytelling, nurtured independently while I pursued formal education in economics and marketing at Delhi University, Delhi School of Economics, and IIM Bangalore.
Over the years, I’ve built a career at the intersection of culture, innovation, and design leadership. From developing culturally immersive packaging for iconic brands to leading purpose-driven campaigns like Lay’s “My Stamp” and “Project Farm Equal”, I’ve been privileged to use design as a force for inclusion, sustainability, and social change.
With over 90 creative awards, including Cannes Lions, D&AD, and PepsiCo’s Chairman’s Award, my work reflects a human-centered philosophy: design with love, design with purpose. I believe great design is not just seen—it’s felt. It speaks to people’s hearts, honors their heritage, and dares to inspire change.
Whether it’s building brands, launching Web3 experiences, or telling stories through visuals, I remain a lifelong learner who believes in the power of creativity to shape culture and business alike.
