Thaler Pekar is a leading voice in persuasive communication, leadership storytelling, and organizational narrative. As an internationally sought-after strategist, speaker, and coach, Thaler directs entrepreneurs, Fortune 500 leaders, and philanthropists in breaking through a crowded marketplace and engaging audiences, increasing sales and income, and heightening visibility and influence.

Thaler is a tri-sector athlete, engaging across the private, public, and social sectors and ensuring that smart leaders better understand the power of story. She understands the cultures, incentives, and purposes of each sector.

Thaler facilitated the opening plenary of the most recent Smithsonian Institute Conference on Organizational Storytelling and is a Contributor to the Stanford Social Innovation Review.

Thaler is a visiting professor for the Syracuse University's S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications Executive Masters in Communications Management, and a frequent guest lecturer at the Columbia University Graduate Program in Strategic Communications. She is an Inaugural Member of the National Network of Consultants to Grantmakers and a Founding Member of the American College of Women's Health Physicians. She serves on the Selection Committee of the Nonprofit Excellence Awards.
