Timothy H. Hankins

Timothy H. Hankins is a hardworking personal injury, family law and criminal defense attorney. Approximately half of Mr. Hankins' caseload consists of personal injury cases including Maritime/Jones Act claims, auto accidents, motorcycle accidents, truck accidents, slip and fall accidents, products liability, airplane crashes, electrocutions and medical malpractice. In addition to handling personal injury cases, Mr. Hankins represents clients in divorce and domestic relations cases as well as persons charged with criminal and traffic offenses (including driving while intoxicated), misdemeanors and felony charges.
