Third year Ph.D. student in the Department of Political Science at the University of Houston. My major field is international relations and my minor field is comparative politics. My research interests are authoritarian politics, leadership ideology, and international politic economy.
I’m working on the application of machine learning and Natural Language Processing to the measurement of leadership politics and to solving issues of non-transparency in measuring the behavior of authoritarian leaders.
I have a background in economics and finance, extensive experience in small business management, and real estate experience with a focus in managing bank owned residential real estate.
My personal passions are outdoor living, cooking, and writing.
