Thao Cao

My name is Thao Cao and I am a current resident of Dallas, TX. I am a senior at The University of Texas at Dallas pursuing a BSc. in Business Administration with expectation of becoming a Summa Cum Laude graduate in May 2016. Thanks to the Fast-Track Program offered by the university, I am due to receive a MSc. in Information Technology and Management at the end of December 2016.

This semester, I am actively seeking for an internship in Big Data Analytics, juggling 15 hours, participating in student organizations, and studying for the Certified Associate in Project Management examination, to name a few. I have a lot on my plate, but let's just say I've got a big bite!

I have over six years of management experience and a team player with proven abilities in leading and motivating personnel to surpass expectations. My adaptability and cross-cultural interpersonal skills allow me to work with colleagues and supervisors of different backgrounds, and thrive in diverse work environments. My communication and problem-solving skills, both verbal and nonverbal, contribute to my confidence in leading a project for any corporate team, and taking the initiative to create value for the company.

With the ability to influence and manage others towards organizational goals, I am looking for a job, or internship, that values statistical analysis, innovative problem solving, and development exposure - essentially transforming data into something beautiful.
