As an upcoming teacher, my goal is to develop and motivate my learners. Furthermore, my goal is to create an inclusive environment for my learners. I want them to feel secured and welcomed. Although i am still in the pre-service, I always think of myself as a teacher. Not only a teacher, but a friend, a brother, a cousin and a councilor. I have achieved challenging moments in my life. These challenging moments developed me significantly. Therefore, I want to see my learners achieving more than me. It makes me smile seeing people achieve greater things in life.
