Public Speaker, Writer, and Instructional Comedian in Virginia

Read my articles

36 years old, autistic extraordinaire. Uncommonly personal writer, novel public speaker, instructional comedian. Minor dog whisperer. Cancer survivor.

I write and speak about growing up with undiagnosed autism, about surviving non-Hodgkin lymphomatic cancer at age 29, and about the struggles of building a stable modern life with a neurodivergent brain. My focus is always on the importance of protecting one's sense of humor, and the overarching philosophy of hope as a shining light in dark places.
