Topher’s journeys have taken him across Canada and around the world contributing to over 30-years of management, marketing, and ministry experience.

Topher has a Bachelor's Degree in Youthwork, Master's Degree in Leadership & Management, and is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Leadership in Global Perspectives.

His broad professional career has ranged from Back-Country Guide, New Media Specialist & Marketing Manager, to Strategy & Operations Lead, and Director of Partnership Development.

Two of Topher's greatest joys are seeing people discover purpose for their lives, and challenging the Church to re-awaken to her role in God's redemptive plan.

Topher is the loving Dad of two, Husband of one, and a passionate follower of Jesus.

Topher currently works for Compassion Canada, where he serves as Director of Church Engagement & Experiences.
