Tariq Hayat

Tariq is the Chief Corporate Communication Officer at Alkhabeer Capital, where he take on the role of planning and managing internal and external AKC corporate communications to ensure the consistency of AKC corporate image, and building a brand equity going onward. In addition, he implement and oversee corporate communication programs that effectively describe and actively promote AKC and its products both locally and globally to the targeted constituents. Prior joining Alkhabeer, Tariq served as Head of Corporate Communication at Arcapita Bank B.S.C.(c), a global investment firm headquartered in Bahrain, for almost 10 years. Previously, Tariq worked with Investors Bank as an IT officer, and prior to that at the General Organization for Youth and Sports as head of Public Relations department in the President’s office, in addition to that, worked with Legend Advertising Co. as a Planning Productivity and Quality Manager, Tariq has more than 17 years of experience in public relations, advertising, brand & event management, production design, digital design, and website development. Tariq has a B.S.c degree in Computer Science and Information Technology from University of Bahrain, and an MBA from University of Strathclyde, UK.
