My name is Franklin Healy. I'm a big believer that you are what you eat.
Five years ago, while still a chef at a distinguished Boston restaurant, I started writing a "blog" that detailed how my restaurant could improve its food preparation standards: more flavorful, more locally sourced, more healthful.
Today, I am a private chef who writes for a broad range of publications and on varied topics, from science and health to food and wine and Big Agra.
I have written a book called Don't Eat What You Like, which will be available hopefully spring 2014.
