1009 Talbot St S Redan

Hey, I’m 1009 Talbot St S Redan. I don't meet minimal rental requirements and am located in Redan. I am a fan of being run down, broken with heaps of character due to my botched renovation. My owner hasn't repainted me in years and give off a Derelict vibe. I'm super cold in the winter, and my broken, rotting windows make it impossible to keep me secure. At about 3:30-5:45pm the traffic backs up so far that my occupant can't return home. The noise from the road and yelling from the street makes can be clearly heard through my paper thin walls. My ‘laundry’ is an enclosed outdoor space and that's where the toilet is located. I don't get any natural sun until 3pm in the afternoon.

I hope you are very patient with me because all repairs will be on going, tedious and will takes a long time. I hope you don't mind workmen coming to the house weekly for a job of some kind.
