I am a 50-something grandmom of 6 (so far) that copes with reflex sympathetic dystrophy aka complex regional chronic pain syndrome. Most of my coping skills are working with crafts (knitting, painting, sewing, working with clay, ect.) I try to educate those who have never heard of this condition and offer support to those that have it. I grew up in CT, raised 4 awesome children, made a few close friends, and even though I deal with pain constantly, I love life.
