I’m a People & Culture leader specializing in scaling organizations through growth and transformation. I currently serve as the on-site HR leader for Beacon Bio Dx following its acquisition by Beacon Biosignals, where I lead people strategy for the entity while also supporting broader HR initiatives across the parent organization.

Operating at the intersection of integration and scale, I partner closely with leadership to align talent, culture, and organizational design with business objectives. I’ve built and evolved People Operations in post-acquisition environments, ensuring continuity for employees while driving alignment with enterprise strategy.

My experience spans high-growth and complex environments, with a focus on talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, and culture. I bring a pragmatic, business-first approach to HR—balancing strategic vision with the ability to execute and influence across all levels of an organization.

In addition to my corporate work, I serve on the Board of Directors for Dress for Success Cleveland, supporting initiatives that advance economic independence for women.
