Hey, I’m Anthony.

Thanks for sharing some your time with me today.

I dig culture, people, and travel. There's more, but these are the 3 pillars in my life.

On a professional level, I teach and advocate for people using 100% of vacay/PTO each year, and culture-first workplaces where people can be their whole selves.

I’m a mentor, speaker, and catalyst for people and small businesses and startups. The core of what I teach is that company culture is the reason why everything happens in your business. Your culture existed from the day your business was created. If don't make adjustments to your culture before refining sales plans, business models, or hiring/retention strategies, then you're wasting your time.

You won't get boring presos and businessy (to make me sound important) language. When we connect (remote or in-person), I'll chat with you as a person...no b.s.

If I'm not helping you make a positive impact on your business and people, then I need to fire me...you can too.

What you'll find is that I believe and teach from three primary principles: self-awareness, empathy, and happiness.

A personal passion of mine is to help 1,000,000+ people experience a bucket list item by April 8, 2020.
