The Attainment Group is an MBA team at Texas Christian University's Neeley School of Business which consist of Shane Estes, Fei Guo, Winston Ley, and Robert Ruiz. These current MBA candidates for the Class of 2014 bring unparalleled diversity which include Accounting, Fashion Merchandising, Biochemistry, International Trade and of course multi-nationality. This team was formed to give each of them a diverse home base of different experiences from which they will be able to expand to the many other personal and professional networks they build at Neeley. Their team provides a built-in support network for MBA candidates and allows them to bring individual expertise to the team, helping one another attain common goals from their different experiences and business backgrounds. These MBA candidates will explore the team dynamics that will help shape their first year at Neeley and lay the foundation of teamwork and leadership to become successful in the MBA program.
