Melissa

Melissa has a BA in English/Professional Writing from Columbus State University, and is currently working towards an MS in Strategic Communication at Troy University. She works as a technical writer for a financial/credit card processing company, with experience in documentation, content management and strategy, and editing. She is also the lead instructor for Columbus State University Continuing Education's Fiction Writing Certificate Program. She has interned as a medical writer, and has worked as a freelance writer for several years. She contributes regularly to Ghost House, an independent magazine featuring art, photography, and short written works. Recently, art from the magazine was featured on the TV series The Walking Dead. When she isn't working, Melissa enjoys writing her own works, playing with her two dachshunds, Oscar and Charlie, and baking.
