theAwakening KC

What?
TheAwakening is the student ministry affiliated with Antioch Church.

Where?
We are located at 5201 Antioch Rd. Overland Park, KS 66202.

Who?
We have two ministries: theAwakening and theAwakening JV. theAwakening is for High School students (9th-12th grade) and theAwakeningJV is specifically designed for Middle School students (6th-8th grade).

When?
theAwakening's main service is every Wednesday night from 7:00 p.m.- 9:00 p.m. We do split up into small groups the first Wednesday of the month to give the students a chance to meet other kids their age. We call these groups, "life groups".
theAwakeningJV's main service is every Sunday morning from 9:00 a.m.- 10:30 a.m. On the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of every month, the Middle School students meet upstairs, engage in passionate worship with the High School students, then split up by grade and gender into small groups to have discussion and a more personal setting. This gives the kids a chance to get to know one another on a more personal level.
