become a beaded jewelry designer and, recently, a graphic artist creating coloring mandalas.

I learned about the healing power of making and coloring mandalas when I was studying various natural healing modalities.

I recently joined the coloring craze, in an effort to slow the deterioration of my coordination and dexterity. I soon found that making the mandalas was as enjoyable and effective as coloring them.
