We are Sheena and Becky and we are The Bee Girls. Collectively between the two of us, we have about 10 years of beekeeping experience. Many years ago, I got started into beekeeping and then it wasn’t long after before Sheena started keeping bees. (I’m such a bad influence hahaha).

Our journey through beekeeping hasn’t been an easy one, it’s been filled with bumps along the way, but so far we have enjoyed every minute of it.

The idea of creating a Facebook Page and sharing our journey with you was an idea that recently popped into my head. For now, all of the videos that you see have been recorded with Facebook LivePost and have been uploaded to YouTube, eventually we will be getting better equipment to video with.

Between the two of us, there is never a dull moment – especially on video. You will hear puns, corny jokes, maybe a curse word here and there and quite a bit of laughter. We are human, we make mistakes.

If you are local to North Carolina, we are available to come speak to your group or class about beekeeping. We hail from Stokes and Randolph County NC. We do ask however, that requests to come speak to your group or class be within a 30 minute drive from either county.
